dv7t quad edition - 1600x900 screen quality?

Anyone care to comment on the 1600x900 screen on the dv7t quad edition... Is it clear and bright, how are the viewing angles?



I was looking at machines with 1080p screens but you can put together a hell of a dv7t right now so wondering how good the screen is.

I suspect it's the same 200nit screen as found in my lowly G72. If I'm correct, you can view one at your local office superstore.

So nobody has one yet... hmm... and they have changed the color of the casing from dark umber to silver?



Does anyone know if the trackpad has real buttons this time around or if they are part of the trackpad?

The buttons are discrete ("real" buttons).

Good to know... I wish there was more information, pictures, youtube videos etc about this thing.
