help please Coby NBPC1023 Netbook PC huge prob asap plz

i just got the Coby 10" NBPC1023XP Netbook PC with Intel Atom N450, and i used it maybe 4 times and now i get only the main coby start up screen not even the windows start up.. and eventually i get a window that says basicallym REBOOT ADN SELECT PROPER BOOT DEVICE

can anyone please help me on what to do.. i need this netbook back asap and im so lost please..
