tools to monitor web forums

Hello,

I am interested in tools which allows me to monitor discussion on various web forums about products I am offering with my busines.

Can anyone recommend something, maybe even a free tool
I am interested in any kind of tools.

I believe you may be looking at some type of RSS Feeds.

I can't speak for forums hosted elsewhere, but CNET has an RSS option for each of it's forums, and these feeds can be added to any web site.

I did find this;

It's a PDF from a Chinese study, (the PDF is in English), about "iRobot: An Intelligent Crawler for Web Forums".

I didn't read it all, in fact I didn't even start, but the Google link I saw to this suggested web crawlers for forums were problematical. May be that is reflected in the PDF.
